around the Barleber Sea

In the north of Magdeburg, which is the regional capital of Saxony-Anhalt, you can find the Barleber Lake. It is a recreation area in the immediate vicinity of Magdeburg und also a bird sanctuary.

Somebody who doesn´t look for
the peace of nature, can find lots of alternatives for other activity.
Fishing, sailing, camping, walking
and biking are only some examples.

It would be a great idea to visit the Barleber Lake !!!

This Web page wants to give you as much suggestions about the Barleber Lake as it is able to do.
Therefore we integrated different offers and possibilities in this project. There are e.g.
the “Anglersiedlung Barleber Lake”
(a small settlement of anglers),
